Trackunit Pro is internet-based, and users do not need to install any software on their computers. Trackunit Pro is a simple system to use. The only requirement is a web browser and internet access. The system is secured with your own company’s user names and passwords, and after users log in they have access to all functions.
The system comprises the following functions:

Overview of the fleet
Trackunit Pro gives you a quick and simple overview of all your machines. The zoom functions let you zoom right down to house number level. Trackunit Pro gives you map coverage all around the world. You can have the machines’ positions shown both on road maps and in satellite photos from both Microsoft and Google.

Large screen
You can have your whole fleet or selected groups of machines and vehicles shown on a large screen. The large screen can be made visually accessible to the personnel at the operations office, providing a quick and easy overview of the whole fleet in such a way that everyone can follow it at the same time.

Route on map
The ’Route on map’ function gives you a detailed view of any route covered at any given time. Trackunit Pro saves your data for 90 days, so can always find a relevant route.

Text overview
The text overview gives you a quick view of the vehicles, with addresses and times. You can also get an instant position from this overview.

Geofence
The system’s geofence function allows you to receive an alarm via email when a machine is moved. It is possible to set up an ‘invisible fence’ around every machine: if the machine is moved beyond the fence, you will receive an alarm.

Online operational reports
Here you will find different types of reports, including history, activity and daily reports, which you can generate for all or selected machines for a period you specify. All data is saved for a minimum of 90 days, so you always have documentation of your whole fleet and its movements.

Automatic operational reports
The system can also send reports automatically via email. The renters’ module includes a report (in the form of an invoice voucher) of the machines used outside ordinary rental terms. You can specify this report's profile, including whether you want information on machines that have been active during the weekend, at selected times, for more than 8 hours/40 hours/a week, or whatever your needs are.

Service & maintenance
Trackunit Pro’s service module gives you an overview of the total number of operational hours per machine. You have the option of specifying service agreements, service checks and maximum limits for warnings in the system. When the time for a service check approaches, the system sends an email to one or more people. There is the same option for the annual safety check that is managed via the system’s inbuilt calendar.

Monitoring of critical situations
The system can monitor selected sensors and send reports when the machines enter critical situations, for example when they operate without oil pressure, or overheat. It is also possible to get alarms via email when these critical situations arise, and retrieve an alarm log from the system, giving you documentation of the use of machines during critical operational conditions.

User and system management
In the ‘Settings’ module, you can adapt the system to your own situation. For example, you can give your units names and manage groups of units. You can also freely create new users and specify their units and rights. Access to the system can be set to expire automatically after a selected date via the system’s inbuilt calendar.
